Hey, I also learned the NPC sheet exists from here! Any way to set specific actions to be GM-only or shown to all?

Not currently. All the output from the NPC sheet is sent in a whisper to the GM. There "might" be an update coming "soon-ish" that will allow you to decide to switch that on or off (for the entire NPC section of the sheet....not on a roll by roll basis) ;)
I've been able to send text to players using the NPC sheet by adding a line break on the first line. So, this: Goblin attacks with a dirty scimitar! [[1d20 + @{Goblin|global_melee_attack_bonus}] ]] | [[1d20 + @{Goblin|global_melee_attack_bonus}] ]] vs AC For [[@{Goblin|meleedmg1} [Base damage] + @{Goblin|meleedmgbonus1} [Damage Bonus] ]] @{Goblin|meleedmgtype1} damage (if a crit add an extra [[@{Goblin|meleedmg1}]]) Converts to this:

You'll find that in the next update that wont work as well....but as I said I'm hopeful of being able to add a toggle to allow the NPC macro output to be public or to the DM only.

The devs are looking at multiline output (which currently breaks the output completely on the dev server) into roll templates. If they come up with a solution you wont need to make any adjustments
This was LOTS of help. Can someone tell me how can I add initiative of an npc to the token actions? Where do I learn what I need to write?

Add a token action with the following - %{NPC_Initiative} Alternatively, you can create a single macro on the main macro bar (instead of a token action for each entry) with the following in it that will work for any NPC you have selected - %{selected|NPC_Initiative}
I do the same thing as TSRJim, and it works great for me. I took a look at the output sheet info and that is pretty amazing and I look forward to it, I just hope I don't have to do too much editing to my npcs to get the output nice and clean. I'm early in my campaign setup so I don't have too many sheets yet, but I am adding them everyday. @Actoba, thank you for all the hard work on these sheets, they extremely useful.
With the new update, how can I make the NPC actions and headings visible to the players as well?

You cant....I have plans to add a toggle for the NPC sheet output to allow it to be private or public but i havent had time to add it yet

Merry xmas! :) I just added a selection for this to the sheet and it will go live when the next update to the sheets is added. By default it is set to make the rolls private but you can instead change it to.... Each sheet has an independent setting for this.
U r a god :) Making games so much more fun thanks to your efforts. Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean. The macro should automatically add the roll to the turn order list when it is rolled. If there already has been an initiative roll for a token then it will update the existing entry

Oy, this is going to make me re-update all of my monsters... I have ~100... :( no kidding i have to update all the monsters from Lost Mine of phandelver, Hoard of the dragon queen, Rise of Tiamat, Monster manual, and all my custom NPC's/monsters... update broke them all.. Actoba, any ETA on when you might be finished with updating the sheet? until then i really dont want to update my monsters if they will just break again.

There is no timetable for changes. I havent even looked at the sheet since the last update due to other commitments. I'll always try to make sure that updates are backwards compatible where possible but I cannot guarantee this. What was it that broke with the last update....is it the multine issue? If so the devs are aware and considering possible options I believe.
multiline, crit, no drop down list for finesse/ two handed /offhand, have to go back and fix all the monsters T.T also i had used the player sheet not the npc sheet, due to more options there for customized NPC's. the class resources need to be changed to reflect the new class actions. I like the new changes, im just not going to update my monsters until i know for sure there isnt a major change inc that will change attribute names, or require additional attributes for the current formulas. that is what broke the monsters. i hear that in order to customize the roll templates, i have to edit the character sheet html and css?

The player sheet is not designed for NPC's, though I understand why you would have used it for this. Finesse is still there, that hasnt changed. The wielded column has been removed though (can now select to include the stat as a bonus to damage or not instead). Unfortunately this is one of the reasons there is a separation of the attributes on the sheet so that I can make updates to the player sheet without impacting NPC's and vice versa. Right now, in order to customise the roll template you would need to update the roll template in the sheet. It is possible (and many have succeeded already) to craft your own macros using the roll template though even in it's current form. I do plan on trying to add a few more bits to support a bit more custom macro output in the template.
