Items with attributes automatically given to character sheet of choice

I used to use DM GEnie years ago and it had the ability to "Give To" a player. When the item such as a ring of invisibility was given to a player, The rings abilities were then assumed by the player if the ring was equipped. Also need an equipped option on character sheet so this will work. Bobby
