Black Screen blocking sight

sometimes in game when I scroll around a black Screen pops up and blocks my vision but when I move, it goes away, why is that?

Hello General Sturnn Does this happen when you are scrolling around rapidly (up - down, left- right) or when you are scrolling slowly? Can you supply few things? What type of browser are you using? A screen capture when it happens and a console log also. How to get a console log is toward the bottom of this page: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues#S" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues#S</a>... I have a speculation but need more info to confirm what I'm assuming it is.
Here's what happens, it happens sometimes when I scroll too fast, sometimes when I go to a random spot.

General Sturn, I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 , taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Chrome won't work for me, neither will Internet Explorer, and the instructions are not very clear at all, it's not as simple as getting a DxDiag with how it sounds... I only have 1 Addon that has never caused problems(auto downloads videos from videos I click on and tell it to download) and AVG, well, been using it fine, been using them as long as I've been on Roll20(longer with AVG).

In order to help you with your issue I'm going to need more information. Your computer's settings (A good place to find this info if you don't know it is Support Details ): Web Browser Browser Version Operating System If Javascript is enabled For providing a console log, it's quite simple. If you're on Windows using Firefox, which is what I'm assuming, press Control-Shift-K. It will open up a window on the bottom of your screen. It should default to having the Console selected. Right click in that new window and "Select All", right click again and "Copy" then come back and paste the results here.
oh, have to copy that next time it happens, turned out clearing my cache worked perfectly.

Does that mean you're issue is resolved and the problem has stopped happening after you cleared your cache?
it's been resolves, sorry, I should have been clearer...
