Add command buttons for the video and voice chat in the players names

I suggest to add an comand button for the video/voice chat in the side of the players name. The buttons must be activate/desactivate type. The buttons would be: "Deafen and blind this player" "Deafen and blind all, except this player" This would help the GM to explain certain things to one particular player or players.
