I'm out of town conducting field audits this week. I hope to be back in time to run a game on Thursday night; if I'm not back I'll run it on Friday instead. This means Wednesday's game is moved.
Thursday is the best. Speaking of which if anyone knows of a thursday regular game that needs another player let me know. I dont work Fridays so Thursday is the beginning of my weekend.
Yeah, and a Palace of the Vampire Queen game Thursday night. The world's turned upside down this week evidently. Both DMs couldn't host a game on their scheduled night.
Looks like Freddy may miss most of the game and John will miss part of the session. I'll still run it tonight though since Freddy already got his D&D fix this week. I've still got to upload the construction costs/time sheet and soldier costs/recruitment sheet before anyone can determine what will be built.
I should be able to make it tonight. I missed last night because I went to bed early. Spent Tuesday in the emergency room but I am finally feeling better, I have just been getting sick way to easy lately. Bummed I missed out tho. I bet it was a good game last night.
We had a low turnout last night. Some interesting things happened (Freddy's character now seems to be a permanent part of the landscape, Blake's character has a cursed ring he can't get rid of even after trying to chop it off, etc.). I'm not sure if I'll be there tonight or not.
If there aren't at least 10 players tonight, I'm strongly urging the group to just do the Palace then. You guys could still try and clear the land, but it has to be done in one outting with no return to base between. Which reminds me that you guys need to stock up on rations and water for the adventure. Water in the bay is not drinkable.
I have a stomach virus brought on by to much use of antibiotics over the past few months. I am not highly contagious which is good and my wife has been on baby duty since. So far both my wife and baby are showing no symptoms which is good. I also hope there is a good turn out tonight. I am looking forward to the land clearing.
Food wise I can cast Create food/drink at least once a day. Problem is it's a level 5 spell and I prefer to keep Raise Dead and True Seeing as my memorized spells. So in order to use it I would need rest.
It was never Strep, that was just an excuse, Rich was secretly turning into the Batman. That's what his character is turning into too, I'm sure of it now, next thing you know he'll be an intelligent inventor billionaire owning his own manufacturing company and dawning black tights at night to fight crime as a vigilante super hero.
