Posting for a player, but I will try and get more browser/ computer information from him.
A new player joined us on Roll20 in Google+ and he was the only one having issues installing Roll20 from the apps. It kept giving him an "Error, Can Not Install" (close enough ..... trying to remember from last night) message. He had to restart his computer and it ran well. Later on either Hangouts or Roll20 crashed and when he tried to come back, he received the same error. He then had to restart to get the game working.
