LFP Pathfinder Skull & Shackles AP weekly Tue 6:00-10:00pm CST

I'm currently running the Skull & Shackles AP for Pathfinder and our group is down to three players due to drop outs. We've only had three sessions and are roughly half way through the first AP "The Wormwood Mutiny". We use Roll20 for play and Skype for voice. The current composition of the group consists of: Kuro, Ratling Rogue Tug, Ratling Cleric of Desna Valerie, Sylph Wizard (Elementalist) We are looking for one more player serious about committing to this AP for the long haul. Given the group composition I'm flexible in race and class choices. Since the players just recently had a successful boarding action on the Rahadoumi merchant vessel "The Man's Promise," the background of the new character should try to incorporate the reason you would be working as a sailor on a Rahadoumi merchant ship, otherwise I'm open to most backgrounds. Since the AP is about being pirates, I'd recommend avoiding classes that would conflict the selfish and sometimes times evil nature of piracy like Paladins. That doesn't mean to say this is an evil campaign, but I'm going for, in tone and temperament, something like the crew in the TV series Firefly. As for me, I've been playing RPGs since 1978 and usually run a mix of roleplaying and combat. I'm still relatively new to Roll20 and this has been my first campaign using the software, but I'm getting progressively better. If you join the group, the character will start at Level 2 using Point Buy for High Fantasy (20 points). If you're interested in joining our small band of adventurers, please post here the type of character (race and class) you'd like to play and what experience you've had playing pathfinder. Also indicate if you're able to join us tonight or starting next week. If you have any other questions, post them here too.
I would love to play an elf ranger, and I would join today but I do a First Aid course in about 40min running all day, your start time is great for me (works out to an 11am start) If someone can start sooner then awesome. I have played in 1 previous PF game, and was starting to run an AP on roll20 before my PC blew up in a storm. Committed and long term and excited to play an AP i know nothing at all about. Concept is an elf who disagreed with him commander, and as punishment has been sent into exile with his only hope of returning to redeem himself in his gods eyes. His creed is: Aim small miss small Clean kills only. Never let your prey escape Honour yopur ancestors and your people. But in saying that, despite the fact he is of a race who live along time, and such, he is usually friendly to those who return his friendship, he is willing to try new things as long as it does not steer him from his path too much, and so far he is enjoying the ronin lifestyle, taking jobs, hunting down things, and spreading the word of his people. His clan name will probably be something like Swift wind. or even Whisperhawk.
This is definitely something I could do as I'm usually home by 5pm on Tuesdays and I live in MN so no time zone math needed. Obviously Celedal should get first crack at this but if you were looking for another player I'm currently thinking of a half-elf Monk or Barbarian who was paying off a debt/slave labor type on the ship and saw his chance at freedom when the adventurers showed up. Otherwise I have a halfling druid concept that's been collecting dust for years. I'd join tonight but that leaves roughly 10 minutes before start time and I'm getting some school stuff done. As for experience with PF, I was a part of a one shot in college and have been in countless PF campaigns on play-by-post sites over the years. A buddy of mine and I also just start buying up some of the PF card game adventures for even more fun. Whoever you choose, good luck with the campaign, looks to be a good one!
I will bow for tony, but if Tony cant make it im keen! I can easily make it every week, but better to game in same TZ
Sent a PM to Tony with campaign link. Thanks for the interest and will keep you in mind Celedal if something should come up.
