Requesting feedback for Saga Edition campaign setting (so far with more to come)

Hi! I'm looking for feedback for a campaign setting I designed which eventually I would like to build an actual campaign around. It is for Star Wars Saga Edition, though I suppose it could be adapted for any of the systems if someone had enough patience. Feel free to use this in your own homebrew campaigns, just be sure to credit me and more importantly, let me know how it goes! I would love to hear how it works for everyone. The links are below. Thanks! (Also, if you, the mods, feel this thread should be elsewhere, please move it as I didn't really see anywhere else to put it! Thanks!) Wow, did you layout all those PDF pages? What did you use?
I used Microsoft Word, then saved as a PDF, keeping a .doc file as a backup. For some reason, it's a pain in the choobies to upload .doc files to DevianArt. As for the art, because I don't have Photoshop, I'm using DrawPlus by Serif, then screen capping (wait, there's more! lol) and cropping the image in MS Paint, then using pixlr.com to do the final edit! lol Mostly because I don't have the money to buy the full version of DrawPlus (but I love the program--it's very intuitive and easy to use, and has a cubic crapton of features that are all easy to use and useful for doing this type of work). I feel like this is a Rube Goldberg setup...lol

Well, they look really great an professional, regardless of Rube Goldberg influence. Have you looked at The GIMP (most of the functionality of Photoshop, but free!!!) and InkScape (most of the functionality of Illustrator, but free!!!). I make heavy use of those..
lol I love that video. Sometimes that's what it feels like when I'm cobbling together some of this stuff for Saga Edition. I've tried GIMP and didn't care for it because it's not intuitive in the way Photoshop is. DrawPlus is the closest I've come. I do use Inkscape occasionally, too for certain things (which involve more importing and exporting files...lol). I'm really looking forward to someone trying out some of this stuff. I have some optional rules for hyperspace scouting, too, that I'm typing up right now--that was one of the things that always bothered me about Saga Edition: No way to calculate travel times for hyperspace travel. This Ion Ascendancy stuff, though...that's my baby. lol I've put years--literally years--into designing this campaign setting only to have first, Wizards of the Coast drop the contract for Saga Edition rather than take the time to actually correct it and improve it (seems to be a pattern for them...), then have LucasFilm sell out to the bleepin' mouse and Disney turn around and expunge the EU. *sigh* Let's just hope there are people here who will appreciate it. I have a 3-inch binder literally packed with hand-written and hand-drawn stuff (and I write really, really small) that I am slowly transcribing. There's also maps, diagrams, ship designs, etc. And now that I just got a 36x48 inch drafting/light table, I'm really going to go to town. lol And of course, roll20.net people will be the first to benefit from it. :P :D
Just posted some optional rules for Hyperspace Scouting, too. I tried to make them as fair as possible, and borrowed a little from GURPS Space (love that book for the planetary data stuff!) http://twowolves80.deviantart.com/art/Optional-Rules-for-Hyperspace-Scouting-514651059
Just an update. Currently working on a 95% accurate floorplan of the Republic Cruiser (the Radiant VII) extrapolated from the Complete Cross-Sections book, and will post it to my DA page so you guys and girls can use it here on Roll20.
Just added the stats for the Bright Defender (flagship of the Ion Ascendancy). Hoping to get some feedback on it as this campaign is my pride and joy. I didn't think it was that bad that no one would even want to bother to read through it or use it for their own...
to calculate times for hyperspace travel, i use speed of plot or Star Wars d6 rules.
