i have been unable to acces my campaigns on the development server for 2 days - it gets stuck on the black loading screen . My games on the regular sever may be access without problems is there a problem with the development server

No Cymeric, there isn't any issues currently with the Dev server. Have you run through the Solving Technical Issues wiki?
