Re-Sizing Turn Order Window "Stuck to mouse"

Role: GM Players: 5 Tokens on Map: 10 (5PC, 5NPC) Browser: Chrome (20.0.1132.57 m) OS: Windows 7 64bit Situation: On a combat map, I attempted to resize the Turn Order window once opened so I could see all 10 tokens. On grabbing the sizing handle at the bottom right of the window, the window handle became stuck to my cursor and would not release despite letting go of my left mouse button. Solution: I had to hit click elsewhere on the map to have the handle release. I had to refresh the campaign to force this from happening after trying to size the window once more.
