Does anyone play 4e?

I just joined roll20, and I've been looking through the posted campaigns and there seems like they're really lacking in D&D 4e. Since that's the one I'm used to playing, I was wondering what the deal is with that.
5e overtook it in popularity. There are still 4e games posted here occasionally, and a few listed in the Looking for Group section.
Yeah. I'm not sure if I'm ready to switch to 5e just yet.

4e seems to have a love it/hate it following. I'm running a 4e game and enjoy the system a lot, but generally I get the curled lip and stinkeye when I actually admit to that :>
I still play 4e. I tried the 5e playtest, and I saw a little of it after it came out, and it was so terrible that I really have no interest in playing it. 3.5/4e/PF are my preferred DnD systems...
I know how you feel with the whole hate of 4e think. Luckily, I was the first of my friends to play D&D, and taught all of them how to play, so 4e is our system of choice. Anyway, would any of you people be interested in a 4e campaign?
I would be. As I'm sure many others would too! Propose a day/time and let people know whether you're looking to be a DM or a player :)
Damnit, GenKitty! I KNEW you were one of ' them '... *Pulls an Elvis, and stares down with the stinkiest of eyes* But yeah, with 5e just coming out, D&D players new and old are flocking to that system. It tends to appeal to oldschool and new players alike in many regards. You'll still see 4e games out there, but even before 5e it was never as hugely popular as say... Pathfinder. It's not the place for pro's and con's , but regardless you can still find games for any system under the sun. It might just take a little longer.
I wouldn't object to a 4e campaign, but I'd want to know the campaign details and the schedule before I'd commit to anything...
Cool cool.

Sadly, I have a *really* screwy schedule that prevents me from playing with most people. A game running from 2am to 7am Tuesday or Friday mornings (Eastern) is something I could be interested in. I have a changeling rogue who is always ready to suit up for a social-oriented game, or human-rogue for a more combat-focused game.
I would love to play a 4e game. Depends on day chosen. Fridays & saturdays are out, I work in the party business. Evenings weekdays after 10 Central time (UT-6). Believe it or not week day days work M-Thur so I've gamed with a lot of Europeans and other disabled like me who have fairly free schedules.

D&D 4e is the... fourth most-played game on the site ~_^
Mark G. said: but even before 5e it was never as hugely popular as say... Pathfinder Don't drink the kool-aid. ;) 4e, initially, had a higher percentage of players and better sales records than Pathfinder, and did for the longest time, until around the era where WotC killed off PDF production, due to 'rampant piracy'. Mishandling of 4e helped improve the sales and player pool of PF, rather than the quality of the game. Regardless, I'm currently working on a 4e campaign. So, there are people who play it here. Don't know when it'll be up, or if I open it publicly. My usual group gets first pick on whether they want to play before I hunt out new players.
