This large section of white covers most of my maps and make me unable to host a game This is how it looks It just started after my last session and it appears over all my maps.

I have to say, that looks for all the world like white fog of war, which doesn't exist in the system. Now, for troubleshooting: Start with my trifecta that solves a lot of issues: Reload the tab, restart the browser, reboot the machine If that doesn't solve the issues, move on to the official troubleshooting guide: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues I hope this helps!
Tried that, its still there and it is also in my other game that I a was working on.

Eden can you post the result of step 4 pf the troubleshooting guide that GenKitty gave links to?
Not sure if this helps you Eden but I'm having a similar issue as of yesterday. My white section just covers the bottom left corner but the box floats - if I scroll up or down, or zoom in and out it moves/expands to always cover the same amount of space. If that's the same as your problem I did discover, after a lot of experimentation, that it seems linked to file size. Any maps I upload over 500-600 KB have the issue while smaller files do not.
Went through dealing with my maps and put a small size map in and it is still there

Slightly off topic but that map looks really nice Don, is it one of your own or a purchase? On topic, i've just checked my campaign in a panic and don't have any maps displaying this problem and i have some massive maps. The sooner you guys can post the results of step 4 of the 'solving technical issues' process the sooner the devs can blow your mind with their speedy resolutions :) Good luck

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your maps. Can you please follow Steps 1-3, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
This is how it looks 1. I have no clue how to reproduce it so far I have checked all my maps and it is only with certain ones have the problem 2. I found a way to fix it, you first have to remove the image from your archive. Then remove every other image that has the problem. 3. Then you have to find a way to resize and or shrink the data amount of the image. Then this is how it will look 4. It will only work if you remove all images affected by this "White fog of war". For some reason there was an image that I put in that affected most of my other images. Weird but it is fixed now.
Ziechael, the map is an IronDwarf special from the Dundjinni forums. Search for "craftsman's quarter/city streets" for his link to his hi-res version. I followed the steps. When using Firefox it works completely fine. It's only an issue in Chrome (Version 41.0.2272.76 m) and only for maps over ~600KB in size. I am using Windows 8.1, Javascript is enabled, my anti-virus is McAfee, and all extensions are currently disabled. Hi Shady, see Eden's (the OP) response above, he/she (sorry not sure!) fixed it by removing and re-uploading a smaller image for all the affected ones. You can always then resize the image within roll20 and shouldn't lose much in the way of resolution (i do this all the time with my 20mb+ maps to make them 4/5mb in size). Hope that helps
I have tried this and it has not helped and the issue has gotten worse, now entire maps i have made no longer works and my players cant see most of the images in my game...

Shady Steps, you have went through all the steps of 1 - 3 on https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues and made sure you have no addons or extensions enabled? Just making sure with the question. If so then can you post your console log with the description of your problem in a new thread? This is to make sure your problem gets the focus it deserves for it could be a different problem that has similar symptoms.
I will make a bug report in a few hours I am almost half an hour late for running my game so I will have to run without any visual aid.
