They get re-jumbled in the order in which they were created. In short, if you create A, then B, then C, resulting in a starting order of (A, B, C), and move B after C, making the correct order (A, C, B), they will re-order according to the order they were created in. This should be apparent if you look back on your Character Sheets. Also, this is not the only thread that contains this bug. There are SO MANY things wrong with the Character Sheets that even remembering them all is a bit of a nightmare. Hopefully, reinventing the whole system from scratch will be easier than trying to repair what simply doesn’t work.
