Dynamic Lighting Unavailable to Me (Supporter)

I'm a supporter and had dynamic lighting for some time. Some weeks back, the dynamic lighting option went away. I am still listed as a supporter, and my profile says I should have Dynamic Lighting available, but it is not there. Incidentally, I also used to have some little fire effects in my menu and they are gone too. I don't care about them as much, and mention it only as a symptom. Also, my apologies if I'm missing a more private "contact us" option. This is the only place I can spot to report the issue.

This location is fine. Let me ask some clarifying questions: Has this option disappeared from all of your Campaigns, or just a new one? Is the Campaign in question one that you created, or that you were promoted to GM in?

Thank you for your super quick attention. I was just checking some of that myself. I do indeed still have dynamic lighting on another campaign which I created. The one in question was created by my friend initially, and I immediately took it over. I'd used the dynamic lighting in that campaign many times before it stopped working. If it's an issue of who created the campaign, is there any way to designate me the creator?

That's what I thought the issue would be. The features of a Campaign are determined by the owner of the Campaign, which is the individual that created it. It's likely that your friend that created the Campaign had a Supporter or Mentor account that has recently been canceled. There is no way to migrate ownership of a Campaign between users. To get advanced features in your friends Campaign, they would need to resubscribe at the appropriate level. The only other alternative would be to recreate the campaign on your account.
