Tab to help track campaigns you've applied for in the LFG tool

<title> Not too sure if this has already been posted but, it would be super nice if we were able to keep track of the campaign's we've applied for. Sometimes I want to update my app but it can get annoying to sift through the list to find which one you've applied to and edit the post that way.
