I wanted to judge interest in a Kingmaker campaign, seeing as how there's already at least one other advertising at the moment. I'm aiming to keep it small, around 3 to 4 PCs. I'd like this to be a good introductory game for newer players. Ideal composition would be 2-3 new players and 1 veteran player to help guide the party early on. That said, I will be aiming for this to become a long weekly running campaign. Time is TBD, but is constrained between weekday morning/early afternoon CST or Sundays at any time. This way GMT players can participate as well. If you're not familiar with Kingmaker, a group of adventurers set out to explore and tame a wild region and establish and rule their own kingdom. A key aspect will be political maneuvering, including creating or ruining alliances. Combat, particularly challenging combat or dungeon crawls, will come secondary to exploration and the open-world aspect. Also, I was raised in a group that favored creating characters based on background and not necessarily party balance or min-max stats, so rules are often bent for narrative or player enjoyment. Aiming to get this off the ground in around a couple weeks. I'm not in a huge rush to get this started, and will be taking time to make sure we build a lasting campaign! Post below or PM if you're interested, say if you're a new or old player, and why you're interested in this campaign.
