Looking for weekly d&d 3.5 group 8pm EST or later start time

As the title states I'm looking for a 3.5e group to join, I have a pretty good understanding of 3.5 at this point, as well as roll20. On top of that skype and a mic are no problem. My work schedule forces me to play after 8pm as that is the latest I work and my days off are unpredictable. The days I have open currently are Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. A little about myself, I'm 26 years old and have been playing D&D style games since the original release of Baldur's Gate and i've been addicted to its style of play every since. Only about a month ago did I try my first pen and paper style d&d game, and I found it quite entertaining. The complete freedom to do what I want without knowing the consequences gives a type of thrill and suspense that you can't find in a video game version of d&d. I'm pretty laid back in terms of playing and having fun, but I don't enjoy stagnating in areas for long periods of time because people aren't focused on the game or are continually going afk. I'm all about progression in terms of storyline, character and gear. My preferred class is Fighter. I've tried a Ranger, Cleric, Barbarian and Rogue and while they were fun, they just didn't suit my playstyle as well as the fighter does. We need another player in our game its dungeons and dragons call to arms it is a 3.5 game if your interested let us know in the thread we are looking for at least one more player though

have you ever played savage worlds we are also looking for atleast one more player for a one shot game

3.5e is my main version of play, I'm not all too familiar with Savage Worlds however from what I've read thus far it isn't massively different from 3.5. About the equivalent that Pathfinder is to 3.5 right? As such, it shouldn't be too hard for me to pick up on it.

it is except you never roll a d20 but any other rolls you make you also add a d6 when you roll and which ever is higher that is the one you keep and when you max out on a die you get to roll the die again and add it to the one that exploded other wise it is exactly the same except you have no actual set clases or anything that i know of for sure depending on the gm

it is called Drew's Test Campaign he has not set up a time yet as he lives some where in Beijing China

Character building and customization with classes and such is one of the main reasons I play the game, also not rolling to hit seems a bit weird. I think I'll have to pass on that.

you still roll to hit you just don't roll a d20 and character set up is even more fun because you get ot pick hindrances and things like that

say your using a sword you say you have a d12 fighting is what it is i think you roll 1d12 and 1d6 and have to get a certain number to be able ot hit the opponent and if you get the number then you roll damage there just are no d20 used in the game is all

okay worth a shot oh well like i said though the call to arms game is not as of yet set in stone as it is on fridays it might be changed to weekends idk yet though
