DM LF Players for DnD 5e Biweekly Game

We started in 2010 so before roll20 I think. The flavor of the game was light hearted. Howdy! I'm interested in joining a D&D 5E game. I've been playing about once per week with a local group since release but I'm looking to experience more story and other classes/races with a different group as well. I'm usually available Mon-Wed after 6 central, weekends are kind of random. Let me know if this syncs up for you or if you need more info. Thanks!

How long would the games run? I am dying to get back into D&D. I haven't played in about 15 years. I got the new 5E books. I assume we are starting at 1st level? And are we using premade guys or creating our own? Thanks for the info.

Games typically run for 3.5 to 4 hours. You would be starting at 2nd level that's what my current players are at. You can create your own character. The game is run in my homebrew world as mentioned in the original post.
