Player can't see tokens

As in the topic - one of my players does not see anything from the tokens layer. Some pictures from the background layer are visible for him, but it seems to be completely random (and it's rather an exception). He tried with Chrome and Internet Explorer, he created another account - still nothing. I'm positive we've tried every possible option, giving him GM status included. If it matters - his system is Win 7 64 bit. Any ideas how to fix this?

As my GM said I can't see tokens and sometimes images. There is nothing more to say from my point of view. We've tried everything.

Additionally, my chat avatar image is not appearing to him.&nbsp; He cleared his cache and had no result.&nbsp; I suggested he check his extensions, try Firefox or Chrome 27 (he is running Chrome 28).
