Allow users to ping on handouts

It would be really handy if anyone could ping on handouts. For instance, in the game my friends and I are currently playing we have a map that we update occasionally. Right now we're resorting to explaining areas/locations on the map verbally, but being able to ping on the map would really make things a lot easier.
