OLD Character Sheet Posting Thread. DO NOT POST

^ Can you walk me through the math of how you got such high numbers for your attack and damage at only level 5? And also, are masterworks allowed from the beginning?
Are you talking like for my attack and damage? and what do you mean by masterworks?

Eli L. said: ^ Can you walk me through the math of how you got such high numbers for your attack and damage at only level 5? And also, are masterworks allowed from the beginning? Ok, here's the rundown on his atk and dmg. Atk: STR mod + weapon proficiency bonus + 1/2 lvl + class feature: weapon talent + weapon enh bonus + feat bonus or 5 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 = +12 total to atk rolls so Eric actually miscalculated his atk lol Dmg: STR mod + weapon enh bonus + lvl 5 class feature: Mighty Slayer (add 2 + DEX mod to dmg rolls) or 5 + 1 + 5 = +11 total to dmg rolls By masterwork I'm assuming you're referring to generic magic enchants yes? Where the only enhancement is to armor defense without any other property, hence generic magic armor. There are no restrictions on what kind of magic items you can buy as long as you have the money for it (as stated in the items rule topic). But, for easy reference, here is a table for generic magic armor enchantments (which are sometimes mentioned with masterwork armor in some of the publications). Edit: Masterwork Armor is not very well explained the handbook. But generally speaking there is no such thing as a generic version of masterwork armor, or rather the only masterwork armor are the ones that also have an magic enchantment on it. Basically the masterwork armor is of a certain type and it lists the AC bonus it gives (which does not have to match the usual AC bonus for that armor type) which goes together with the magic enchantment for that armor type. For example, lets say you found some Godplate Armor (+13 AC!). It will always be magic armor with an enchantment bonus of +6 or more since the minimum enchantment bonus is listed as +6. If you had a Godplate Armor with a +6 Defender's Armor enchantment on it your total bonus would be +19 AC basically. What I'm saying is all masterwork armor is also magic armor but not all magic armor is masterwork armor. The reason magic items start to get insanely expensive in the higher tiers is because you start acquiring masterwork armor around those levels and the cost is being adjusted accordingly. TL;DR: Don't worry too much about Masterwork Armor in Heroic or even in early Paragon, those don't usually show up until much later in the game. You can't buy Masterwork Armor since there's no generic version of it you can buy and then put a magic enchant on, they're usually quest rewards or acquired through other means.
Ah, thanks. Could you see if there's anything wrong with my character sheet? <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=622349" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=622349</a>
Here's my alt: Controller-focused Wizard named Lili. She has a bit of damage output, which is good for her area spells when not attacking Minions XD, she mostly focuses in the 'area burst' and 'field control' aspects of Control, she her debuff potential is limited. <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=621799" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=621799</a> Picture:&nbsp;<a href="https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/90/0d/f7/900df76edc93bff645a1ac99d41c0289.jpg" rel="nofollow">https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/90/0d/f7/900df76edc93bff645a1ac99d41c0289.jpg</a>
I protest Peter my attack mod is +12 &nbsp;and my dmg mod is +11
Thanks Gary for the help! Here is my Dwagon Cavalier&nbsp;<a href="http://iplay4e.appspot.com/characters/ag1zfmlwbGF5NGUtaHJkchULEgtDaGFyYWN0ZXJWMhi1zcmXAQw" rel="nofollow">http://iplay4e.appspot.com/characters/ag1zfmlwbGF5NGUtaHJkchULEgtDaGFyYWN0ZXJWMhi1zcmXAQw</a>

&nbsp; This is my first D&D character sheet, and if there is anything I need to add to it please let me know.&nbsp;
Looks like you made a 5e character instead of 4e. This campaign is 4e, and if you would like help putting your a 5e character together, you can join the game and there is usually someone there you can talk to. The DMs are Matt W, Eric, and Gary M, to name a few.

Yeah, Jacob if you need help send me a message on skype at gravymattingly. Zeke. &nbsp;Looks like a good start. &nbsp;If you have questions feel free to ask in game or on skype. &nbsp;Make sure you have a theme and background as well as the ability attribute improvement at level 4.
Can I ask one of the mods to let me have another character sheet on the table so I can make my alt?

Good start. &nbsp;Still need feats, background, theme and equipment Edit: Also your stats appear to be wrong. &nbsp;If you send a message to one of the people in skype, or join game and ask for help someone will likely help get you up to speed.
is this ok or do i still need to work on it <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=624346" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=624346</a>
this is mine. feel free to look it over and correct me if you see anything that is wrong.&nbsp;<a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=624034" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=624034</a>
Laura. &nbsp;I think you built something from another edition on a 4th ed sheet. &nbsp;A lot of the things you have (racial abilities and feats) didn't come from a 4e source. &nbsp;Please check out the basic rules and read through some of the player's handbook. &nbsp;Update you sheet with the information from there and repost.
Ianie t. 1) You need to buy magic items 2) I don't see a theme or background listed 3) You probably want to either stick with a hammer or an axe. &nbsp;If you really want both, you should pick up Devout Protector Expertise or Master at Arms. &nbsp;As it stands your feat makes you better with your hammer than your axe (and you would want to be roughly equal with both I imagine). 4) When you get to the stage of typing your macros, you want to be sure on your spelling of things. &nbsp;Wording can be very important as can spelling when other people are interested in how your character works.
After many hours of pouring over the various players handbooks I think I've finally flushed out my "monk".&nbsp; Meet Dimitry&nbsp; <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=620976" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=620976</a> .&nbsp; I think I did most of it correctly but it's totally possible I missed something, if you are more experienced with 4e and want to spend some time looking it over, I'd appreciate your feedback.&nbsp; Jeez, monks are alot harder to build than I originally thought, some very confusing mechanics. That being said, how do I gain access to a character sheet in Roll20 so I can setup my Macros?

Bringing back a character some of you may recognize... Basil, Pixie Bard Extraordinaire ! (With his fearless companion Ginger, the Blink Corgi!)
Adrian. &nbsp;Looks pretty good. &nbsp;I don't see a mechanical theme or background for your character (although I really like the flavorful background). &nbsp;They added some extra options for Human in later releases and most people take the power Heroic Effort over the Bonus At-will. &nbsp;I'd take a look at heroic effort, but if you know that exists and still want the bonus at-will you are welcome to it. &nbsp;That being said Ki Focus Expertise is just plain better than Versatile, so I'd swap that out. I'll get you a journal entry so you can start working on your macros. &nbsp;If you aren't party of the skype group already, send me a contact request at gravemattingly and I'll get you added to it so people can help you fine tune your character and your macros.
<a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=624034" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=624034</a> i belive i fixed almost everything except for background and theme &nbsp;witch i hope to obtain tomorrow.&nbsp;

Your choice in expertise feat still makes you bad with your axe. But if you don't ever want to use your axes, looks good.&nbsp;
i took off axes. i only have warhammer now. and its a lightning warhammer

Hi this is my sheet for a cleric Character&nbsp; <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=630144" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=630144</a>
Here he is! <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=630185" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=630185</a>
Robin missing some stuff on there. &nbsp;Missing a couple powers, for level 3 and 5. &nbsp;Missing a mechanical background and missing a theme. &nbsp;Also a 12 int is going to make your swordmage almost unplayably bad.
Figg: That stat array is going to get you killed. &nbsp;Need a mechanical background and theme. &nbsp;Need an expertise feat. &nbsp;Need magic items.
Hey, here's my character sheet for my Tiefling Paladain <a href="http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=630379" rel="nofollow">http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=630379</a>
So i already have a character sheet made but its on PC Gen....how do i export it so roll20 can display it? or do you want me to just recreate it on myth-weavers
If the link on PC Gen can be easily seen by everyone so we know what you are working with, you can use that. &nbsp;Ideally you would have one on Mythweavers, but the character sheet is a bit less important on formatting than the macros in game.
