No video or voice from any video chat

I posted yesterday on a previous thread about Avast identifying a revoked security license from tokbox.com, which was preventing Roll20 from sending or receiving audio or video on the webpage. The problem with the security license seems to have been resolved as of this morning, but I'm still not getting video or voice from even my own computer to broadcast on Roll20. I verified that my webcam and microphone are still working, so I don't know what else the problem could be. I've included a new console log below. Chrome v. 43.0.2357.130 m Windows 7 Javascript enabled Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net" rel="nofollow">https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.firebaseio.com https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.opentok.com https://*.googlesyndication.com <a href="http://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.google-analytics.com</a>". Have you run through the Audio Visual Troubleshooting guide?
Yes, Chrome is up-to-date, as is Firefox, and both have active permissions for audio and video. The TokBox diagnostic was all clear, video and audio are turned on and working on my computer, speed test is normal. I can even activate the video permissions from other video chat services such as Google and Facebook; but Chrome is not showing me any options for video or audio related to Roll20. There's usually a video camera in the address bar for that, it's missing anywhere on the site.
Did you clear your browsing data/cache?
I believe that was in the previous Troubleshooting guide recommended to me both times previous. Just to be sure, I did it again just now, and there's no change.
Just to verify, you were able to get the WebRTC to work right? It can be found here: <a href="https://apprtc.appspot.com/" rel="nofollow">https://apprtc.appspot.com/</a> . Also, are you using Avast and did this issue start when the issues with Avast startered?
WebRTC works correctly on the external page. Yes, I use Avast, but I've been using it for over two years now, and only started using Roll20 recently. The problems didn't start with Avast, although that was the first thing I checked - I usually leave it on gaming/silent mode since I don't usually have any problems with websites. When the problems first started last week, I took it off Silent mode, which was when it informed me of the issues with TokBox's security license. Since that issue has been fixed, it hasn't squawked at me, but the issues persist.
Just to be totally sure -- is there someone else in the game with you? Our video chat doesn't turn on until there is at least 2 people in the game. For testing purposes you can create another free account as a "Test" user and join the game as them in a new browser window and it should turn on. (Just noticed in the console log no one else is connected so wanted to make sure).
