fairly simply. :P not helpful I know. generally the documentation you need is in the script itself - the auto initiative script explains what you need to do in the first few lines - basically figure out what attribute your initiative rolls off of and put that in where it tells you. simple. from there, its just knowing the commands to use to activate them - I suggest using a macro called start combat, or something similar with the command for the script to start. (!CombatBegins, for the case of auto init) Also, if you need it, I have a working copy of the same script modified and updated to include and initiative modifier as well as a dexterity score, if that would help, as initiative is based off two numbers in pathfinder (ie, feats and whatnot that modify it from being simply dex)
