Shadowrun sheet cats up

Hi I am running a Shadowrun game and have been using the deafult shadowrun sheet since the launch. Yesterday all out of the sudden one of the players couldn't make any rolls from the sheet any longer and only got an error that said: can't roll something wrong with the formula. I have investigated this today and can't see any value on the character's attributes and values that would be wrong, all other sheet works. so I tried to use the other sheet that exist for Shadowrun and just made a duplicate of the game, on that game the character can't even roll. Later I discovered that I can't duplicate the character either, it is as if the character doesn't even exist in that regard. Anyone that know what we can do? Something that can be done to look past the error message so we can know what is really bugging the rolls?

Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need your player to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can your player please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page (temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause any anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) ) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If one of those does fix the issue, just let us know :) If none of that resolves the issue, your player needs to follow Step 4 , so that we can have this information to further assist.

That's really odd. Mind private messaging me a link to your game? I'll take a look to see if there is anything i can see on my end. Can you also have your player try using Firefox? I'm interested in seeing if it is a browser specific issue and while it is unlikely, it is possible.
Done.
