As the air currents high above are considered as impossible to traverse let alone the ice and snow that guards the path. The Thundersky tribe have made themselves at home here. The tribe patrols the High Forest for bandits and and beasts that are ravaging the land. They act as the protectors of the High Forest along side the neighboring elves. They also defend off the Drow that constantly sends raiding parties up from the Endless Caverns. Deities mainly worshiped by this tribe are Tempus, The Red Knight, Valkur, and Uthgar. Members of the Tribe when coming of age are often encouraged to join The High Forests Scouts or The Order of the Steel Fang. Roaming the confines of the enchanted forest that they call home High Forest make common cause with the many fantastical creatures that inhabit it while combating the threats that would do them harm, such as the Yaun-Ti to Najara to the south or the demonic servitors of revived Netheril To those who would do the forest harm, High Forest scouts are as deadly ghosts, haunting would-be foes from the trees and driving them off. Order of the Steel Fang The Order of the Steel Fangis an elite fighting order within the church of Tempus, whose members are often assigned to the most dangerous duties and led by battle-hardened clergymen. Many mercenary companies and knightly fighting orders of crusaders also avail themselves of a connection to the church. One badge of the god seen among his affiliated mercenaries is a rusty brown dagger, shown diagonally with its point to the upper right, dripping four drops of blood Order of the Broken Blade The Order of the Broken Blade honored those warriors and clergy who were injured in Tempus's service and can no longer fight in the front lines
