[LFG] New player~ looking for a game D&D 5e or anything similar~

Well, Long story short. New player needing some care learning the ropes. I would like to have some fun and enjoy my time. For now I am looking for a game ASAP 1 shot or not. I am familiar with role playing in general, have me on for a trial run or some sort of side PC I wouldn't mind and if we click we can keep going.     Don't be shy to say Hi. Group I'm in is currently accepting player apps for A Song of Ice & Fire RPG, its a different system than DnD but we don't mind new players. Main goal is players who are familiar with the Game of Thrones setting, show or books. Not sure if this is what you're looking for but thought I'd mention it.

I'm of the latter group which didn't really jump on the game of thrones bandwagon when it came out and am just waiting for the right mood to binge watch the series.Thank you for your offer though. If I have nothing by the end of few days, I'll give it a try~ I won't be brilliant though and end up as the clueless buffoon which usually either dies in the very beginning or that one person you can't quite tell how he made it this far on his own.~
