IE11 and Roll20 Char Sheet

Hi folks, I searched through forums, but couldn't find any recent posts relating to this. Is there a reason the character sheet doesn't work in roll20? Free text fields are fine, but all the green fields are blank, and clicking any button results in nothing happening.

While Roll20 will work in a variety of browsers, in order to maximize your playing experience and take advantage of everything that Roll20 can do, you should use the latest version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox . Due to bleeding-edge features, we are unable to support beta versions of web browsers. If swapping to a supported browser doesn't fix the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page (temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause any anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) ) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If one of those does fix the issue, just let us know :) If none of that resolves the issue, please follow Step 4 , so that we can have this information to further assist.
So you guys consider IE11 to be beta?

The only browsers we support are stable versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox .  Nightly/beta versions of either are not guaranteed to work.
So no beta sites and  no IE? stable or otherwise?

It seems like Microsoft Edge has the same issue as you're reporting. We'd like to get it to work, but I haven't had a chance to dive in yet.

Do you guys know what goes wrong in stable IE11? It seems like it's close to working. Maybe an easy fix? :says the moron who knows next to nothing about coding and html5: lol

Josh H. said: Do you guys know what goes wrong in stable IE11? Because IE has never followed standards. It's been getting better with the most recent versions, but Microsoft thinks forging their own path is a viable option. Even when it comes to Drag & Drop, a feature invented for IE5 , IE doesn't follow the standards. (The standard for setData/getData is to form a key => value pair, where the key ought to be an Internet Media Type. Internet Explorer requires the type to be either "text" or "url" and nothing else -- neither of which are actual IMTs.)
Indeed, it seems to be something non-standard that IE is doing with disabled inputs or something like that (like you can't set the value for them, maybe?) Anyway, I haven't had a chance to fully look at it yet, but if there's a way to get it fixed we'll do our best, since we'd like to support at least Edge going forward. That said, IE does not sound like they are going to support WebRTC at all, so you will definitely miss out on the built-in video chat no matter what (if that matters to you, it may not at all :-)
