On several occasions both myself and others in my group have noticed the dice roller likes to roll more than one 1 on a d20 very often. Just had three 1s in a row for the 3rd time in this campaign.

Roll20's dice roller is more  fair than the physical dice you probably have at home. A lot of effort has been put into making it fair and checking that it is. You're going to need a lot of data to contradict  the data that's actively being collected .
