Images no longer setting to original dimension

Hi, Previously when uploading large images, like maps, you could turn the grid off and place the image in it's original dimension. However I've now noticed even with the grid turned off newly uploaded images set to a 3x3 grid automatically. It's very frustrating having to manually reset the dimnesions. Thanks, Akuma

Hi Akuma, That's not the behavior we're seeing. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
Thanks for the quick reply. The only change in my system is I had to install Windows 8 due to some harddrive issues. So I can only imagine it might be related to that. I shall investigate.

I've experienced this as well, Akuma. I'm following the troubleshooting steps today as well that Steve advised, and trying to determine what the current behavior is for my Mac Chrome compared to how it used to work on dropping maps and other shaped graphics onto the tabletop.
I had the same problem, I also could not copy and paste without it re sizing the dimensions to the standard 70 x 70 pixels. After trouble shooting, switching to EI, ect.. I found that it was actually my API that was messing it up. I was using&nbsp; <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Script:InventoryManager" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Script:InventoryManager</a>, When I disabled API- everything started pasting/uploading correctly. My temporary fix is just to put the "Inventory Manager" script into another campaign, keeping the maps in the original campaign. I'm only a Plus user so I don't have access to the API, so it's not that for me. Interestingly the old files I uploaded still work, it's just when I upload anything new. I tried uploading from a diffirent computer but it still had the same issue.

I experience the same problem on dev server. It only resizes on Map & Background layer&nbsp;not minding if grid is on or off. Tested with 2 sets of images. Door (from market) and Token (self made). Marked with blue arrow is correctly sized token dropped on Token layer with Grid off. On the left of it is resized token dropped on Token layer with Grid on. On the right of it is resized token dropped on Map & Background&nbsp;layer with Grid on/off. (Size is the same with either option.) Doors resized to 3x3 and Squig token to 6x6. Squig token was uploaded several months ago, Doors are from one of asset packs from marketplace I bought.
