New player not appearing in player list

Hi, all - I'm running a campaign asyncronously (play-by-forum) where we're using Roll20 to house the combat maps and tokens that people can view and manipulate while in combat. Players are just now adding themselves in, and the most recent one is listed on the player list under "Details" of the campaign, but when I launch the campaign and try to allow him to control his token, his name doesn't show up on the list of players anywhere inside the campaign. Anything I might have done or need to check to get this fixed? Thanks! ~Doug

He has to enter the actual game board to be listed. I experience that when I started my asynchronous game also. Get him to enter the actual game and you will have him listed for all his sheets and tokens. Oh and if you have a question about how to use roll20 for that style of gaming, drop a post or line and I might have an answer for you. We just finished up a combat scene that involved 5 pc's and 8 orcs that took about week or so which is fast for this type of game. Now the group is down in a dungeon and experiencing the thrills of walking onto traps switches and not knowing what they do.
Good to know, thanks!! And I'll keep you in mind if I have other questions - thank you!
