Dynamic Lighting's Global Illumination not working.

Hi there. I'll get right to the problem to save time. I recently became a subscriber (because you guys are awesome. ^_^) and tried to use dynamic lighting. For some reason none of the players could see anything. Here are the steps I took: Each player had a token to represent them and each of those tokens had the "can see" turned on. The map had dynamic lighting enabled as well as global illumination (they were outside). None of the players could see anything. However, when I made a specific light source (a token), they could see fine (although because the token was placed in the middle of the map, it didn't work quite right). For the record: I'm using Opera, however I also tried this in Google Chrome and Firefox (and the players were all using Chrome, newest version). Thanks in advanced, Jeff

Hi Jeffrey, first and foremost before we explore any more technical possibilities can you confirm that you had 'enforce line of sight' enabled on the page settings along with the other ones mentioned? That works alongside dynamic lighting to essentially activate the tokens 'has sight' ability.
It was enabled at the time. The players told me that the screen was black with global illumination, but as soon as I added a light source (a token with the "emit light" enabled) they were able to see fine.

This guide gives specific examples of how lighting and vision should be set up. Let us know if this doesn't help you.

If Steve K's link doesn't sort out your issues, we're going to need to start working down the troubleshooting guide.  Please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If one of those does fix the issue, just let us know :) If none of that resolves the issue, please follow Step 4 , so that we can have this information to further assist you.
Thanks for the help. It seems that clearing the cache solved the problem. I'll check to see if the same thing helps with other players and will get back to you. ^_^
My wife also had this issue on Monday. I will clear her cache tomorrow and also reply back if it helps.
