My campaign won't load.

So, I can't load my campaign on my laptop on Chrome. It started after I tried to update my laptop to Win10 and it lost power halfway through. It didn't upgrade, and is currently running Win7, which I've never had problems on before. But now roll20 won't load. I don't use the camera or microphone (group meets in person and just uses the map). Here's the weird thing- Only my campaign is failing to load, and only on my laptop. I can load other campaigns on my laptop, and I can load my campaign on my desktop. I use chrome on both computers, and have gone through Chrome's suggestions- I've checked my extensions, my firewall, my anti malware program, run Chrome's browser cleaner and cleared my cache. Nothing has fixed the problem, and when I click the lock icon in the Chrome address bar on both my laptop and my desktop, it says the same things. I have no clue what is causing the issue, let alone on one computer but not the other running the same exact same browser settings, with one campaign but not others.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the site. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. You said you done those steps so can you do the following Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

Korbl, when you say "fails to load" do you mean it brings up the loading screen forever or it crashes? If it's crashing what is likely happening is that your laptop's browser is running out of memory and failing.
Ok, so I tried to do step 4, and nothing logs Ok, it just logged, but then the log disappears when the tab crashes. I told it to preserve logs, so there should be a saved file? Where would I find that? Trying to load the campaign in question crashes the tab and I get Chrome's "Aw, Snap!" page: But if I try to load a different campaign, it comes up: Here are my system settings:

Preserve Logs retains the console log between page loads. It does not write it to disk. When dealing with pages that crash, you have to start chrome with extra options: --enable-logging --v=1 To use these options, you'll need to execute Chrome from the command line, or edit a shortcut to it and add these parameters to the execution. The log files will then be stored in files in Chrome's app directory. Details: http://www.chromium.org/for-testers/enable-logging http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10209655/store-...

The Aw Snap! message is it crashing. If you change the bookmarked page for the game to a blank one, can you load in on the laptop that's crashing?
Thanks Aaron. How do I attach the log file? Because if I just copy-paste... I think I need to figure what file I'm actually looking for, because the one I found doesn't look right. Steve- I'm not sure what you're asking, but when my campaign crashes, no other tabs crash. I don't open the campaign from a bookmark, and when I open a new tab to go to it, it crashes. And after the tab crashes, I can use that same tab to go to other sites. I was able to create a new page in the campaign while it was loading the map, then refresh and switch over to it while it was loading the map, and it still crashed.
For the console log, the easiest way to attach it is to take a screenshot of it and upload it as a picture.

I'm referring to the red "Player Ribbon" on the Page Toolbar. If that is set to a completly blank page does the game load normally? But then when you switch to a page with lots of art on it Roll20 crashes?
