Miro x Mayor Deverin (Evening)

Miro makes his way to the Mayors house.  Click step step over and over in silence.  His mind still plauged with many thoughts.  It was time to get the school built or atleast started before the village's concerns about the goblins came to a head.  He would smile absently to those he passed or throw up a holy gesture of thanks if they mentioned their meumonic about being the Chosen of Desna.  Once at Deverons house he lightly tapped on the door with the brass end of his staff.
A older man with shaggy red hair and full beard opens the door. He crosses his massive arms and looks sternly at the smaller halfling. "Yeah?"
Miro looks up and instantly hides away all thoughts that plauged him.  He smiles his most cherib like smile and looks to the man.  "Ah yes... I was hoping to seek an audiance with Lady Deveron?  There are some tings I wish to descuss and I thought given the troubles of late that it would betta if I sought her in a setting where she would be more relaxed."   Miro takes a quick peek behind the man and then back to him.  "Howeva if I am interupting something I can surely find a better time lata."
He frowned deeply. "Really, some of you townsfolk are something else. My poor cousin works herself to the quick for this town and yet when she should be resting, you come calling!" He looks back behind him as his voice raises. He steps out and closes the door behind him. "Look, I don't know who you are, but could you leave? Kendra's a wreck with all that's going on and what she needs is some rest, reflection, and repose."
Miro smiles up to the man.  "Of course good sir, I for one know how the world weighs on the good mayor of late.  It is one of de reasons for my visit.  But I can see tha concern in your face and so I only ask you let her know I stopped by to see what I could do to lessen her load as her new political assistant.  Let her know that Miro stopped by and wishes her a good evaning and that I eagerly await my first charge."
His consternation lessons and some of the stiffness comes out of this shoulders. "Yeah, well... I will. You have a good night, Miro, sir."
