Three players LF DM [4E] [Thursdays @ 7 pm MDT] [Weekly]

Three players looking for a DM. What we can give you is consistency and enthusiasm. What we are looking for in a campaign is basically the following: hold a session zero collaborative storytelling no character restrictions unless setting/premise calls for it no invalidation of player choice (via "balance" or other mechanisms) As the subject says, the sessions would be at 7 pm MDT (9 pm EDT), Thursdays, and happen weekly. I have a campaighn , thats 3,5 available times are well can be thursdays for now, its a 3.5 edition and monster campign ( ie the world has no human s or dwarves some elves ect, you get 500 starting gold , if you choose a monster manuel one race you get a legacy weapon , itl level up and grow in power with you ,interested?

I have been Dming for a over a decade, I have played 2nd-4th, however I prefer 4e as that's mainly what I have been playing for the past few years. I am a Story heavy DM that likes to take a semi-serious tone when it calls for it. I have very few restrictions as far as character customization goes, but I encourage well-thought out characters that are unique and are goal oriented. I set a rather large story in place, but I like to give my players control of the different paths, so the story becomes "yours" and not just something I present to you. The one pet-peeve I do have is consistency, so If you have a solid group that are looking to make, shape, and watch your characters grow, then Let me know further details. If you need a fourth, I'm available at that time on thursdays. Fun, experienced and most importantly of all team oriented player. Big fan of fourth edition, and always willing to take any role needed. 

Im also interested in playing, have only played pathfinder and 3.5.  I am open to learning 4E

By no character restriction you mean any op third party staff available?

I would also be interested in playing a game of 4e, if you're looking for more players; I'm experienced with the system both on the player and GMing front (Done more GMing than playing, though), and am familiar with pretty much anything available that isn't 3rd party. I prefer roleplay-heavy, story-focused gameplay, and tend towards strange defenders (Warlocks, and Hybrids) and strikers primarily.
