D&D 5e Living Campaign Wondering what the interest is. Should it be set in Forgotten Realms or built by the community?

I'll need a wide player base and alot of GMs willing to help what are your thoughts please let me know

What time zone is this primarily in?

EDT but im available most of the time and im looking for players and GMs from all ranges of time zones so it wouldnt be a problem what time zone you are in

Now I have some questions for anyone who would like to reply. If you are interested would you like to have your own personal life? As in would you like to have your own house, have a family with an NPC or even a PC, would you like to craft weapons and armor or staves and bows? What rules do you think should be applied to help the community better? &nbsp;Im a bit new when it comes to living campaigns ill admit so the community will help alot in designing this.

I need all the help i can get.
