I use a lot of dynamic lighting on my maps, and some times it's bright as noon daylight out, others it's evening, midnight, full moon, etc. I love that I can use Global Illumination to light up the entire map, even with walls blocking out areas, and not have to worry about putting a light source everywhere. However, the downside is it is limited to "On" or "Off." It would be really beneficial if there were a way in which we could change the level through a slider, numerical value, or something of the like, to change the overall brightness of a given map to reflect any number of possibilities, e.g.: time of day. There are other times it could be used also, but when the one that sticks out the most, is with light presented based upon time of day. Sure, I could add a lightsource somewhere on each map, jack the radius up, and mess with the dimness radius until I get something that works, but often that produces less than desirable results (usually a small area which is fairly bright, with a huge dimmed area everywhere else).
