Season Two: The passage of time & Radelf in War

Time has passed and you have toiled to do something about the armies of Carvex marching across the land converting, blighting, terrorizing, and otherwise destroying the homes, lands, temples and cities all across the continent of Castron. It is beginning to spill over at the start of the new year to the other islands. Certain areas have had some power to stave off the armies for a time, through geographic fortune, magical prowess, religious providence, or martial master, theses small enclaves have managed to avoid subjugation. Yet these areas fall everyday to starvation, thirst, internal stuggles, and more often then not, being overwhelmed by the forces of Carvex. Carvex now has the legions of the damned from the 13 hells at his command in addition to the crystal drow legions which are his prized troops. It seems each one can take down a dozen angels without a single scratch to their surface.  But not all is bleak, after the heroes have emerged from the darkness of the thirteen slopes almost two years later, each was scattered across the continents of the south. Many nations that still can manage a military force have banded together to fight the first incursions of evil. These nations have made greater creations the likes of which have never been seen before: the island of Sigral has built a massive wall surrounding their lands in a union between the three cities called the Trinity. The elves and the dwarves have banded together and crafted with stone and crystal mastery, gigantic floating crystal citadels to defend their territory from invaders. The orcs have organized under the leadership of a Klanzorc Cheiftan, a feat as monumental as any other. This feat too is also likely the most terrifying as the orcish ferocity in unison, rather then focused against each other, is a force the southern continents have dreaded. Yet even these are likely not enough to stop the most determined abominations. Flux plague and the evil marching together spill over the lands, even with these wonders pushing all who remain to the edge of existence. The plague effects kings and peseants all the same. It kills warriors and generals. It kills hope. The blue foam and boils fester and drive most to death and yet others it drives mad. A smaller portion of those it driven mad it transforms into terrible abominations inside the cities thought to be safe, where they kill many and spread the plague. Carvex intends to bend the world to its knees so they cannot but bow before him. Heros, the future is bleak, creatures far stronger then you ever have faced before exist on the mortal plane. Can you stop this? With the dawn of the new year, the oracles speak of the drow kind marching on the fiery battlefields of the goddess Morkuta seeking to attain her forgehammer of war.
More to come.
