Allow for Color Coding of Token Macros

Allow for Color Coding of Token Macros (the ones at the top of the screen when a token is clicked). PS:&nbsp;I think the intent of the original thread was for token macros rather than the general macros that have been implemented. Could one of the Dev Team look into this and perhaps restore the original thread (which had quite a few votes)?

Really, the full functionality needs to be on both, but I think they're heading in that dirrection anyways.

Yeah, far too many suggestions threads are being closed as totally completed when the original suggestion was only partially completed.
