Fog of War Freezes Tokens

Using Firefox or Chrome, when I reveal areas using Fog of War, I can no longer do anything but reveal areas unless I refresh the page. This is exremely frustrating and annoying! I have cleared my cashes and followed all of the advice I can find. Please help!

When you say "I can no longer do anything but reveal areas", what exactly happens when you try to choose other tools from the tool menu?

When I try to choose other option from the menu, it acts as if I can select other options, but I do notice that the blue square that highlights the reveal areas options menu (the eye) stays blue.

I can choose some other options, like drawing and the measurement tool, for example, but the ability to interat with tokens is gone until I refresh

So playing with the menu, the blue eye does disappear when I am trying to choose the option to select map or player tokens. However, this always fails, and when i click off of these items the eye is still blue

On a side note, I love the program, everything else seems to be working great. It's better than anything I have seen and as soon as I am done with this bump in the road I plan to play it much more!

Does this happen with one specific game or in all the games you try? We're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow all the steps. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Yes! I was trying to select the tokens (from the "cube") button as opposed to the select (arrow) button. After selecting this arrow, I can move tokens and even go back to the tokens (from the cube) button and everything works. A thousand thanks Rabulias! Thank you, too, GenKitty!
