Chat log broken

So we started trying to game today, and any time we make a roll the chat log blacks out any and all rolls for everyone except the GM. One of our players was messing around with his macros prior to the game, but I don't know what exactly he did to them and I don't see why that would affect everyone else. We're running a Pathfinder game, if that makes any kind of difference.

How long has it been since the chat archive was cleared?&nbsp; The chat pane gets wonky when the archive gets too large.&nbsp; Have the GM clear the chat archive and see if that clears up the issue. If so, let us know. If not, it is time to start troubleshooting.&nbsp; Everyone affected will need to please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Sometimes, a Roll Template will break the Chat Log. Clearing the Chat Archive will also fix this issue.

I was using the latest non-test version of Chrome, I had no extensions or add-ons active, I turned off my anti-virus, and cleared my cache. Clearing the Chat Archive did fix this issue (though just clearing the chat log does not). Many thanks.

Simon, the reason "clearing the chat log" doesn't fix the issue is because this is just cleaning up your log locally, the broken text still exists. When the GM "Clears the Chat Archive" this actually deletes all the text, in your case blowing away the broken text. John, did clearing the chat archive (having the GM clear the archive, not just clearing it from the in-game settings) fix the issue?

Having the GM clear the chat archive seems to have fixed the issue. It apparently sprang up from one of the players screwing with the macro text on his character sheet. It had to do with the headers.
