LFG Adeptus Evangelion

Looking for a group to play adeva 3.x with. I am available sundays. If you are unfamiliar with adeva google it and be amaaazed! It has a wiki page that has links to the downloads and what not. 

I am completely up for playing some of this! count me in! 

If we can get a couple more ppl and a gm we would be set.

I'm just starting to play RPG's, but I am a HUGE Evangelion fan.  Would love to play this.

So we've got 4 people willing to play is anyone willing to GM this? If it means anything, I can sure give whoever GM's a hand with it because i've played some myself

I have played this once before but the campaign only lasted two battles sadly. So i wouldnt be comfortable gm-ing a game. 

After several recent run ins with "That guy" and people who were just, awful players to say the least I'm incredibly uncomfortable GM'ing with anyone I don't know well

Understandable.  Even if i wasnt so new to the system, i would still be a bad gm cuz im just not good at that kinda thing xD. 

I've GMed AdEva irl a full campaign in a previous Beta version, so I know the system fairly well, but I was unfortunately hoping to be a player this time around. So if someone feels like GMing but needs help to make heads or tails of the system, I'm sure I can be a somewhat reliable resource. However, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are no-go for me. Anyway, AdEva is now at Beta 5, coming with improvements and balance changes, as well as additional branches and skills, and an overhaul to the battle system. saturday and sundays are the only days i can for sure play. &nbsp;

Regardless if I can get in or not due to time, you have at least 4 willing players total. You can probably make the group and just advertise for a GM, as not everyone looks at the forums (I'm serious, when I look for games, I just look in the directory. I only check the forums once every, like, 10th-20th visit? It's a miracle I found this topic when I did.)

Well, the best thing would be if someone would step up and GM the game. I would if only I had the time, but it can't be helped as it is.

I've been interested in playing this ever since I first heard about it; made this account just to post here. Unfortunately, I'm more or less brand new to the Dark Heresy system, so I couldn't possibly GM. But if a GM is found, I'd for sure set aside time to play, work permitting.

I've never used Roll20 to actually play a game before though, so I don't know how good a GM I could be, but I'm really trying to find a group regardless of what role I'd play. EDIT: Despite being in college, starting mid-march I'll have plenty of time to run a game.

Well, depending on the time of day/day of the week I'm still interested for sure.

just a note the system is /based/ upon dark heresy the new rule set for version 3 beta [which is, preferably used] is a lot less like DH the ruleset just released for v3 beta 5 is even more so GM'ing for this game requires a good understanding of the player characters, it's a roleplay heavy system in all actuality and the more develloped the PC's the easier things will be. The main example of this being an issue (which is addressed in the GM's guide) is that the players lack a lot of agency they'd be used to in other systems, reflective on the situation in Neon Genesis. My advice to anyone looking to GM this is to make sure they take care of their players, check if they're happy and actually /give them something to do/ in their downtime between giant monster fights yknow? The characters are kids, let them be kids. NERV would reasonably be concerned about the wellbeing of their pilots, so in that sense you can give enrichment and extracurricular activities when things are a bit calmer, let the players drive the plot from there every now and again. : )&nbsp;

Huh, I didn't know about V3. I'd been learning the V2 rules, but I'm fine with whatever version winds up being played.
