Character Sheet Macros Not Remaining in Macro quickbar for just one campaign

Hey, So my issue is in my newest campaign that is using my modified character sheets like all the others, when a character drags buttons and macros from the sheet to their macro quick bar it stays for the session but if they leave and rejoin it is gone. What makes it stranger is my buttons are staying perfectly fine on my macro bar but for all 5 players the same issue occurs and all my other campaigns that i run use this sheet and do not have this issue. I can get more details if it is required like all of their browser / device set ups and what not. Let me know thanks 

Hi Kevin, can you get your player to follow the below please?: Please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.
