Ghost User in our Campaign

Hello, Our campaign, Sleepless in Sequoia, has 3 GM's in it.  One of us logged in from a separate computer with a player account to test visibility of things on a map, (the user name of this user was Mystery Snacks), and later turned this computer off.  Ever since then, Mystery Snacks is stuck as an online player in our campaign. Personally we find it sort of funny and endearing, but we figured there might be a bug going on here with the session on this user still persisting even though the user account hasn't been used in a while.  While we don't have great steps to recreate it, if the developers have a means to impersonate one of our accounts and checkout the campaign, they would see this ghost user sticking around.

Hi Jared, it can sometimes be the case that when a user doesn't exit the game fully (using the settings tab, 'exit game' option at the bottom) and just closes the browser/shuts down the computer their log-in can become stuff in a state of limbo, shadows of which will haunt your game forever more... ...well not forever but you get the gist. Try having the player account log in again, join the game and then exit fully as mentioned above. If that doesn't work we'll proceed to the standard trouble shooting/exorcism techniques below: Please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. Also, for future reference, from a GM account you can use the 'log in as player' option on the settings tab to test how things look from a players perspective or you can use Ctrl+L (Cmd+L for mac) with a token selected to see that tokens vision as a player would.
