[WHRPG] Can't delete table in WHRPG Character sheet "Bio & Info" Text Box.

Hi Guys, I created a table on my player character sheet to add some stuff missing from the main page of the character sheet.  I did this before adding any text to the text field.  Since then I have not been able to add any text outside of the table, the rest of the space simply cannot be selected.  I tried to delete the table.  The information in the table is gone, but the table itself remains & I can find no way to remove it. Am I doing something wrong?  Any help would be appreciated! Cheers, Corvan

If I'm understanding you correctly, you created a table in a text area on the sheet and now can not delete the table.  Have you clicked on the table then go above it to the text tool bar and clicked on the table button? You can delete the table from there. Using the delete button usually just clears out the content of the table.

Dear fellow, it seems indeed there is said delete table option! I merely had to conceive of scrolling down, despite being given no suggestion to do so, & there it is "Delete table". So now I have a deleted table! Still can't write anything in the field.  All I can do is create a new table.

Hmmm. If you removed the table and saved the sheet, would you care to  clear your cache ? This will force your computer to reload the sheet instead of relying on what it is storing in it's temp memory (cache). This is part of our troubleshooting guide which is what I would normally be running you through (probably will be if this doesn't clear up the issue). I also moved this thread to the bug forum for we are more to that type of problem than a normal sheet usage problem.

Ok. This means we are into troubleshooting territory now. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 (you can skip step 3 as you just did it) of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including posting all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

What happens if you click into the text box, press CTRL-A (i.e. hold your CTRL key, and press the A key on your keyboard) to select everything, and delete it (press the backspace key on your keyboard)? Are you still unable to type into the box?

I have since tried to create text & tables & to delete them, no problems with either.  Thanks! :D Pat S.
