Reason why they're "unpopular" is no one applies to them anymore. A year ago I ran one and had 20+ people apply to it. It's a whole supply and demand issue, which happens to have low demand so there's low supply. Find a bunch of people who want to play, and GM's will start popping up again.

I sort of ran into that issue too Doom. I only had a very small number of applicants who made it in by the deadline, fortunately I did cobble a group.
