Pings and Measurement not showing up

Hello! Since last week my pings and measurement haven't shown up, and the ones my players issue are not visible to me, but visible between themselves, and in other campaigns (seems to be an issue stemming from myself and not from a specific campaign or map) I have tried following the steps on the wiki link, from an old forum post I googled up ( https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2015984/people-... ) to no avail, most I could get is the pings/ruler to show for a couple of seconds only to not respond again. I am using Canary Chrome (for developers), on Windows 8, and I disabled the third party stuff as recommended. Additionally, the symptoms' appearance may coincide with the date I tried out the Google Hangouts extension (which I have tried removing meanwhile), but I only have noticed it after the fact, if that's relevant. Also, I tried deleting current chatlog, but it doesn't seem to "save" between refreshes, meaning, a cleared chatlog after a refresh will re-appear, I'm not sure if it's an intentional function that I overlooked before or if it's another issue that may or may not be connected to the previous one. Thank you for your time
Hey, Slycopperr . I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both standard Chrome and Firefox. (Please note that Roll20 does not support Google Chrome Canary.) Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Slycopperr . said: Also, I tried deleting current chatlog, but it doesn't seem to "save" between refreshes, meaning, a cleared chatlog after a refresh will re-appear From the Roll20 Wiki: Clear Current Chat Log This button will clear the chat history temporarily from the chatlog. If you reload the game, the chat history will return. Also, from the Roll20 Wiki: Clear Chat Archive allows Creators to PERMANENTLY delete the entire archived chat history from the Game .
I appreciate the fast response, but clearly you have neither read my post nor the one I linked, I did run the Steps 1 to 3 without any success already. My post was an attempt to do the 4th, I'll record my console after tonight's game and edit the post. Thank you for the attention
Hi, Slycopperr . You may have missed this: Please check if these issues persist when using both standard Chrome and Firefox. Please take some time to download both standard Chrome and Firefox, test for issues to complete this step, on top of completing Step 4 . Thank you.

My sincere apologies! Regular Chrome and Firefox produced positive results (managed to see the pings for the whole duration of the game - rather than have them disappear after a couple of minutes), both with and without third party apps running... It might be an issue stemming from Canary Chrome. I noticed the console reports 4 errors and a couple hundred warnings, I'm not sure if they are related to the issue at hand. My console log from Refresh to missing pings and ruller: http://pastebin.com/kx5c0Ddi One again, thank you for your fast response and for your time.
Great; I'm glad you found a solution. Thank you for the bug report; feel free to open a new thread for any future issues.
