Shadowrun 5e. Three brothers looking for a GM.

Hey all, myself and my two brothers are looking for someone to run a campaign for us.  We're all very mature role players, and we tend to focus more on RP and character development rather than just combat and fat loots.  We have never really had the chance to all play together, one of us always has to GM the game, that being said, if someone wants to share the GM load, we would be cool with that. You run for a bit, and then we can switch out every couple of months or something.  Our ages are; 31, 28, and 24, and we all have family and work commitments, so our availability is somewhat limited. We would have to do Saturday or Sunday evenings, or every other Friday EST.  We are looking for someone who likes to tell stories and who can help make our characters come alive.  Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you.

What is shadowrun exactly and how can I learn more about it?

Shadowrun is a cyberpunk style game mixed with a dash of magic.
