Cannot see tokens

One of my players cannot see any tokens. The other can see them with no problem. We use the same browser (chrome). What can be the cause of this? Thanks in advance

Please have the player come post so we can troubleshoot this. :) Also, the player needs to supply the following:&nbsp; Report the details (except IP address) from: <a href="http://supportdetails.com/" rel="nofollow">http://supportdetails.com/</a> Post a screenshot of his browser when he is having the problem.&nbsp; Finally, is the player new to your game? Has he ever been able to see the tokens? - Gauss

She's never been able to see the tokens. She is new to the game, we all are - we are testing this great app:). I'll have her post here in the next few days hopefully.

One of the first troubleshooting steps they do around here after the support detail posting is the disabling of plugins / extensions one at a time to find the troublemaker, if it is one of them causing the problem.
