Can't add tokens

For some reason, I am unable to add any tokens to my maps. Whenever I try, instead of the arrow to drop them I'm getting a black circle with a line through it, then the token won't land on the map. I'm running Windows, Firefox 16.0, Flash version 11.4.402. This just started happening a day or two ago, right in the middle of a battle.

Hmm, I have this problem a bit too. I was prepping last night and found I sometimes couldn't drag and drop (or click on map then double click) from the Library side bar. I seemed to have no problem when dragging from finder, but sometimes it wouldn't stick with the assets library. Sometimes reloading would fix this then it would reappear. I think it was mostly images from 'Other Searches' and not the built in tokens (like devin knight's) or from images all ready in my library. It really didn't hold me up too much, but was a bit annoying. I am using: OSX 10.6.8 Google Chrome Version 23.0.1271.64

Are you guys still experiencing these issues? If so I'll file a bug report for you. Spencer can you just tell me where you're attempting to drop them from? The sidebar?

This was happening to me tonight, a couple of hours ago. I was trying to add the following picture that came up when I searched tiefling in the sidebar for tokens. When I try to drag it onto the map, I get a circle with a line through it. Trying to drag the second token onto the map works fine. I get this issue from time to time and here is how I resolve it. I search for something else, then I research the word that got me to the token. If it still gives the problem I move the scroller down so the token is almost moved off the list, and when I drag it, it allows me to drop onto map and it appears. That's what I do. Hope it works for you too.

I cannot drop images directly from my library,however if I search the tag of the item from the regular menu it will allow me to.I have also found that on the Dev server this doesn't work from the library and when making a tag for a library item and then trying to search for the item,it doesn't even find it.I'm not sure if its because its the Dev server that this function doesn't work or a bug.I would like to know so I can make a campaign on the appropriate server since we can't copy campaigns,as far as I know.Sorry for the uncertainty but I'm still learning its functions.

This happens to me quite often. What I do is add the token/map piece to my favorites, then repeat my search. The token should then work.
