Over at Living Guild Campaign we have a good bunch of players playing 4e DND but are always looking for new people. The game starts at level 5, which might seem a little daunting for a new system, but we have a very active community of over 70 players on skype that help people get started. In addition the format of the campaign is such that you can play when you can, and don't have to worry about showing when you can't.
